Academics
Academic Excellence
Our students learn in a traditional classroom setting with small class sizes and individual attention. Our caring teachers seek to help and encourage all students to maximize their potential by emphasizing their overcoming position in Christ. A full academic curriculum, which integrates the Bible into the subject matter, includes reading, grammar, writing, spelling, math, science, history, Bible, music, art, and physical education. (See the High School Program of Studies for more detail.) In addition, our students take Spanish classes. Secondary school students learn computer keyboarding and document processing as technology is integrated into the curriculum. Annual standardized tests are administered to students starting in first grade. As a member of Association of Christian Schools International, we participate in various competitions and activities.
