At Camp Courage, campers enjoy an exciting experience, playing all kinds of activities that kids love. Through the many games, sports, arts and crafts, exciting character-building stories, worship, motivational talks, nature adventures, swimming, and other activities, the campers are encouraged to be champions for God.
As a ministry of Northgate Community Church, Camp Courage is a day camp directed by Daniel and Silvia Switzer. Certified by both the State of Maryland and Montgomery County, the camp is looking forward to its thirtieth exciting year.
God told Joshua, a mighty champion, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
The mission ofCamp Courageis to help instill this attitude of courage in your child.
