Registration Instructions

1. Download the Registration Form Brochure
2. Fill out the form and email to dnlslvs@aol.com
3. Pay the cost via PayPal or mail check with your registration form to the office.

 

​Your registration will be complete WHEN the deposit is paid.
(Your child's slot will not be retained if there is no deposit.)

$50 deposit / week --- required for any FULL DAY program

There are two methods to make payment:

       1. Secure Online Transaction via PayPal.

       2. Deliver your deposit to:

After you make the deposits, the balance (including family discounts, etc) will be determined on the first day of camp, when the staff will assist in determining the final payments.
